This is very helpful - thank you. I do have a question though --- some schools we will report ACTs, some not. But it looks like that question is in the common app - not under the specific school. So after each submission, do we change (if need be) for the next school in the common app section or are we missing something here? Same goes with the personal statement - some schools don't want this submitted so would we take out of the common app section for submission to each of these schools? Would make more sense if could choose to not include scores or essay in the college specific part of the common app but that doesn't look to be the case.

Unless otherwise, schools will have a place on whether you would like to use scores for that particular institution.
