Lessons From My Journey as a General Manager: Dan Daniel, EVP, Danaher

The Darden Leadership Speaker Series welcomes Dan Daniel (MBA ’91), Executive Vice President at Danaher.
Over 11 years, Dan has led innovation across a broad spectrum of Danaher’s businesses. Currently, he has responsibility for the Diagnostics and Dental platforms with prior experience leading Danaher’s Life Sciences and Industrial Technologies portfolios. His leadership experience plays an instrumental role in evolving the company culture with the Danaher Business System and Diversity & Inclusion, where he has served as the executive sponsor of Danaher’s D&I Council since its formation.
Prior to Danaher, Dan spent 19 years with Arvin Industries, which became ArvinMeritor, in a variety of positions including senior vice president and president, Light Vehicle Aftermarket.
