  • Are you creating for yourself or for others? In this video, I explore what it means to create freely and how being clear on your 'why' can unlock your true artistic potential. Drawing from my journey with improvisation and physical theatre, I’ll share how these approaches helped me stay connected to my authentic creative voice. Let’s talk about the challenges, the rewards, and how to embrace creativity as a lifelong journey of expansion.

This is what I found in the last book. It was hard to know what was more important self expression or being understood. I knew how to do the ‘how to’ type of book but after doing the yt videos I just couldn’t complete the project following that formula. I’ve been spoilt by the freedom! I haven’t yet come to terms with how I feel about what I have made, other than I did my very best to express myself. There is a voice in my head that says books should be understood, that is the goal, and I’m struggling with the fact that I leant so hard on the creative interpretation of the reader, oh boy, you timed this perfectly as usual!

It's a really tricky thing to navigate and there's always some sort of risk involved.
