Danny ... I'm 74 years old and just started learning how to play ... I've purchased 2 Fender fake strats and 1 Fender fake tele ... did this so that I wouldn't be afraid to learn how to do set ups. When I feel accomplished at that, I'll probably buy myself a decent guitar ... love the look and mechanical side of Dean Zelinsky's engraved Tele ... amazing for sure.
The 3 fakes I bought for $59 each, were made in China. Much to my amazement they were very well made ... beautiful would be the best way of describing each one ... I don't know how they do it.
I'm retiring soon from teaching college (after 49 years) in business and accounting. I've come to love everything about guitars and so I've set up a company that will manufacture guitar accessories and everything related to what guitarists need. My idea is to manufacture in the U.S. if possible. I've started working on a second masters degree in electrical engineering which wil help me in making my own brand of pickups (Called Dive Bombers)
I've just started to take lessons ... a little difficult for me since I suffer some from arthritis in both hands so I'm struggling a bit, but I'm beginning to love this so much that I'll just take my meds and slug my way thru.
Wanted to tell you that I really like this jam ... I'm sure you've practiced many years to learn to do this, but I only hope I can do something "close" to it myself after a couple years of practice (hoping I live long enough). Thanks so much for your channel ... when I get my company up and running within the next couple months (it's called GSC, LLc for Guitar Stuff Cheap) I'll shoot you the URL for my website (I minored in digital design for one of my degrees a few years back so you can tell that this old nerd enjoys working with computers as well as guitars)
OK ... time to crank up my speakers and play this jam again ... thanks and keep up the good work ... I'll be contributing a few $ to help you pay some bills.

What do I need to learn to play like this? Any specific lessons? Techniques?
you need to first learn the five minor pentatonic boxes and be able more fluidly through all of them all while hitting the proper notes, in short a ton of practice.

I have the first three minutes of the lead worked out note for note and it's been extremely valuable. The note choices, the feel, the bending and vibrato are all superb and learning this is really helping me progress as a player.

Danny Page Didn't mean to blame you. Sry if you felt offended. As i know, The Bullet is a unique characteristic of 70~80's stratocasters' truss rod head. Maybe my ignorance haha..

Those two characteristics, the bullet and large head are one of the most famous symbols of strats of that era, and Ritchie Blackmore himself.

Solo guitar jam- that’s what I search and have found you! Jesus well done, gives a lot of beginners learning pentatonic scales first an idea or really an upfront showing of how to really make them sound great. I learned a lot from the first couple minutes and thought… I could do this in a year or two, and then I got to 5:00, Jesus! Love it
