If you read him and play flawlessly, you're playing like it's EVO and he's not even trying. It is a ginormous pain when you don't know the match-up. Hwoarang is plus frame city if you don't duck the right stuff, and then when you decide to duck you get launched. Worse, you have to observe which side he's facing to accurately assess what you can do. And where to side step.
