Classroom of the Elite season 2 episode 3 will be airing in July or August 2022 and it made me wonder why no one translated the first season's radio. I mean, it's quite a popular series, right? Even with Kito Akari as the personality? Well, I know that Kito Akari was still a newcomer in 2017 though. Anyway, the personalities on this radio are Kushida Kikyou's VA, Kubo Yurika, and Horikita Suzune's VA, Kito Akari. This time, Ayanokoji Kiyotaka's VA, Chiba Shouya came as a guest. This radio has no official English name, so I will call it Classroom of the Elite Radio or Radio of the Elite(?). In Japanese, they call it Youjitsu Radio.

Funny to hear that Starbucks for a Highschooler is hard to believe in japan because of the price while where ( at least where I live in California ) Starbucks for a highschooler is normal and most get it every day

If you get like a small drink at Starbucks, I’m guessing it would be around ¥400 which eats up a ¥5000 allowance pretty fast if you factor in regular manga and other conbini purchases. Most canned coffee costs less than ¥150.

It's the options. Japan may have a lot of options other than starbucks which are cheaper. Well, if u think about it carefully those shops raise their prices for their reputation not the actual profit they get. They most likely price their wares to the limits of which they are allowed by the government. Most shops won't since they're afraid of not selling. but those guys get profit from all over the world. so a loss for one area isn't a big deal for them.
