Great as ever Jon! Although did note a cut in the edit just before you moor when you say “it’s as easy as that”, so wonder if there are some great outtakes where you loose your famous relaxed temperament to helming!
Im operating a tour boat about 53 ft with single engine and i always dock starboard side, beacause when im leaving the dock the prop wash helps me and pushes me away from the dock. But its is really risky docking a bigger boat that way specially without a bow thruster in difficult weather condicions. My deckhand needs to put a line on the stearn cleat as soon as i revearse it astearn so the boat does not push away from the dock or i hit a boat in the front.
