That's usually what I'll do. I'll create the template I want to use and then just duplicate it for every new email I want to send, just editing the text in it. But the layout is always the same regardless of who I'm sending to.

The campaign section has no tab for "emails" only. Is there anything that I am missing or that their account is missing? If so, is there anyway to fix it?
I would check your user permissions and make sure the email builder is turned on. It's also possible that they don't actually have their own GHL account and signed up via a white-labeled version that has it turned off for their sub-account.
@ 5:52 you said it needs to come from my agency account? I'm setting this up for a roofing client, and we can't have it showing it from my agency, that will confuse all his customers. Is there any way for it should show my roofer's email address?

Glad it helped! Yes I use the templates for just about everything, aside from replying to responses. But everything is always in GHL.

You would have to resize externally and then re-upload it into the media library and then use that new image in the custom value

Yes I use GHL for just about everything. I don't use it for quizzes much but definitely for surveys.

I believe there is a line spacing option that you can adjust but I"m not 100% sure. You'll have to contact support for that one.

Yes you can add images wherever you'd like. You could have a text element to start and then an image element, and then another text element again.
