shadow realm it's actually pretty difficult without strategy, try evolving genos (genos kinda solos it's just don't spend all the money before he erase the units), or get ruler dio and boros, btw he erases at half hp and heal all of it in like 1/4 hp

for grinding dmg you should use dio, drowning or despair unit and reversed captain second evo and you should do the insane mode

For damage farming try to get units with despair and drowning cause it debuffs the mobs

I’d recommend grinding for denji evo too, you can rr his stats and devolve him again to get lower cost and higher money earned, hope this helps?
