- JOSHING AROUND is a vlog style video series that will casually look into my business and personal life. This episode takes you along with me on a short business trip to St. Louis, MO where Sal Frisella shows us the absolutely stunning 1st Phorm headquarters. 1st Phorm isn’t like other supplement companies and that’s by design. 1st Phorm is focused on changing lives, which can be seen in how the company focusing on a human capital heavy business model, how they approach brand awareness and product development...and everything in between. Everything is built a certain way…for a certain reason…and they execute at the highest level. Since it doesn’t fit neatly into a box, it seems to cause a level of ignorance by supplement industry stakeholders. Maybe this newest vlog will help clear some things up...

I've been listening to Andy's podcast for a little over a year now and finally ordered some products from 1st Phorm last month. I was very pleased to find a hand-written message in my package from an employee expressing their gratitude for my support in the business. Little things like that go a long way in my eyes. No matter the bs in the world, it's what good men do next that defines this country. By his messaging led me back to Christ. Strange i know because he's not very religious but his views are very moral..

Appreciate you checking it out. I've been friends with the 1P team (and Frisella brothers) for many years and I finally decided to take the trip to St. Louis to see their operations. I believe access is mostly invite only, but they do open up facility at times throughout the year to customers/fans.

All I see is the company is putting ALL it's money back into the company! I don't see the everyday sales people in the stores driving high end sports cars....I don't work off of commission sorry guys.
