There are many singers in the world! Good ones! Bad ones!. Some up and coming, struggling to be recognised! Some older world class singers that have been in the business a life time. There are many who for an easy payday strutt around the stage using their bodies with plenty of cleavage and short skirts to impress! Shaking their Booty at the world. There are those that have a political agenda or scream "save the planet". Singers of all kinds cashing in on whats trendy and in fashion at that particular time. All that is fine! they all have relevance in the world. Then there is Angelina Jordan! With the voice of an Angel spreading love she can put the rest to shame! With her heart she can soothe the deepest pains! She does not cash in to WoW her bank Manager or put a Smile on the face of Republic Records. She does not need skimpy clothes or to use her Sexuality to gain a following. She sings for herself, she does it her way! When she opens her mouth, well i guarantee she will brighten your day. Angelina Jordan The purist of souls the warmest of hearts with the voice of an Angel! from the rest Angelina you stand A Million Miles apart!.

I think Angelina doesn't need anything else. She is already a great singer in her own right. She sometimes makes me notice the incarnation of the Brazilian singer Maysa Matarazzo and at other times, she looks like the American singer Amy Winehouse. Both singers dead.

I think she absorbs inspiration from many of the greats! But ultimately she is our Angelina Jordan telling stories and engaging emotion like no one else.

Paul, extremely impressed with your production. Typical sobs on this end. Central Coast of California gives you a big wave. I recognize many features of Oslo from Angie’s younger days. You made me feel as if I was arriving Norway. I absolutely shared closeness you Felt with Angelina. It was wonderful to see Sara milling about the crowd. Not enough thanks for sharing your experience with all of us.
So glad you enjoyed it John. I was fortunate enough to be able to see our Angelina in person so i thought it only fare to share the experience with all. Norway is an absolutely wonderful place as are the Norwegian people.

What a wonderful video Paul, thank you for sharing with the Angels not fortunate enough to be there.. I could not help but notice Mom Sara in the "Seventh Heaven" recording dancing to the music and chatting with who I assume maybe Egil with his daughter on his shoulders, maybe not, saw Egil with his child during "Fly me to the Moon" too...so cool to see that, and a very Stoic Uncle Mike.. Cheers and thanks once again. BTW, the sound quality is great from where you are standing, forgot to mention.
Thank you Carl! Yes Sara was mingling with the crowd for most of the event. Though i did not get the chance to chat to her other than her saying hi it seemed she was there as Angelinas No1 fan lol. Think you may be right on Egil but i was more focused on the stage lol.

Thanks for your comment Bonjour! Yes there is always the fear that the industry will do that but i believe she has a great team behind her that will minimise the effects. She does look older than she is but i guess it is down to her 6"1' height and her maturity and presence on stage.
i have the impression that the norwegian audience prefers to clap in the basement so that nobody can see or hear....
Thank you for your comment!. I think people from different parts of the world have their own cultural ways! The Norwegian people seemed very chilled out and relaxed to me but every bit as enthusiastic as the visitors from all around the world.

Thank you for your comments Zulema. I seriously doubt they forced her to do anything!. Angelina was on stage for less than two hours which is not a long time in the world of show business. I would also speculate that if Angelina had been tired then she would have stayed on stage for less time instead of doing three encore songs lol.

Paul, I really can't put into words how wonderful this was. You made me feel like I was there. I cried at 1:03; 6:00, 19:30, 22:00, 1.20-1.21.
Did you plan to move closer to the stage or was it a spontaneous decision because it was great to see the show from both perspectives that you gave us.
Loved your views from the plane and all the sites you visited including showing the harbor again at the end.

I am so happy you enjoyed my little video Robert. I did not plan to move closer to the stage but made the decision to do so because i was filming with my mobile phone. If i had known pro cameras where allowed into the venue i would have brought my Nikon d750 and my Panasonic GH5 for video! But alas i only had my mobile which is very limited! I could not record every song etc because i had to conserve battery life.

I am from Oslo originaly, so always fun to watch the town with different eyes.. and me and my cousins grew up together at a summerhouse outside Sandefjord every summer and stayed there this weekend too. 🙂

I read that some said they had to pinch themselves to check if they weren’t dreaming. Now what about me? Sara was standing not far from me, at one point I reached out to her and she took my hand and held it tight. After a few seconds I was thinking, this can’t be true, right? I’m at Angelina’s concert and I’m holding hands with Sara …. (speechless). Thanks again for a great impression of the concert!
You are very welcome Adriaan! I briefly spoke to Sara but just a greeting to say hello! She put her hand on the top of my arm as she did. It dawned on me when she did that this is where Angelina must get her character traits from. I was in total awe the whole concert and imagined i was dreaming too lol.
@@pauladamson9695 Great! Yes, Angelina must have this kindness and warmth from her mother. I talked to Sara before the concert just outside the entrance. I got a selfie with her too! Then she went to greet everyone waiting in line to enter (hundreds of people). So amazing!
@@pauladamson9695 Sara said that she was in contact with a cancer surgeon in the US who had also become a fan. Then he was playing it to his patients and discovered that Angelina’s songs worked as pain relief for them. He is exploring which songs work best. It would be interesting to know more about this. Next time, if I get the chance, I’ll ask Sara about it.

On the first photo we see Uncle Mike Aster, AJ's manager, and bodyguard who could have hired someone else to protect her. I hope he knows how much her Angels appreciate what he has done to bring her to us, along with the rest of her terrific family.

There are 18 complete songs, and this will show she does not need auto tune, her vocals and total presents on stage will blow you away. When you open the video scroll down the first part of the page and select more, that gives you the ability to hear any one of the 18 songs. The sound is so good, it is just like being in the audience.

In my opinion there were only two great singers in the past Edith Piaf and Maysa Matarazzo and today we have Susan Boile and Angelina Jordan. Only.

Hello there. I discovered myself, in the yellow jacket, at the gathering before the concert. Living on the Swedish west coast, I just had to take the ferry from Strömstad to Sandefjord. Nice that you also discovered Peppes Pizza, the Norwegian pan pizza since 1970 (even if it is, as all food in Norway, ridiculously expensive). I always eat at Peppes whenever I am in Norway.
Hey! Glad you saw yourself on my little video and enjoyed it. The pizza was expensive but very tasty lol! While i was in Peppes i managed to have a quick chat with Allan Papier who was chatting to Angelinas hair stylist!.
@@pauladamson9695 I also met Alan Papier just before the concert. It turned out that he had left the cable to his power bank at his hotel so I could save his planned interviews by lending him my cable!

@@pauladamson9695 - A little anecdote: Peppes Pizza was founded in the 1970 by a couple who had lived some years in the US and when they were moving back home, they figured they’d take the new US Pizza Craze home with them. So that was how Peppes Pizza started and soon it became franchised and spread all over the country (90+ restaurants) and it has been doing well ever since… Glad to hear you had a good trip! 🤗🇳🇴
