I found that instead of maxing out and rotating a variation each week, I rotate variations every 4 weeks. I’d go: Week 1 - 1x1 @100% (to set numbers for the month) Week 2 - 3x3 @90% Week 3 - 3x3 @92% Week 4 - 3x1 @95% Then my volume and weak points after. It’s working great. How do you program your max effort?
