In my last attempt, somehow the TLUD stove produced a lot of smoke. A lot of you had suggested some design changes and I tried doing it. Guess what, It worked and thanks to all you guys.
We now officially have made, A TLUD stove
Hello my friend,
The stove you made before had its deficiencies. Now it has become a great stove. It was a good update. Congratulations. See you in new projects. Stay healthy and happy. Merry Christmas. Big greetings, best regards....
Greetings my friend!!! Nice to hear from you again. Thanks a bunch
@@VIDEOEPPO my friend thank you. see you.
This video is very informative! I wondered why mine wasn't working then i saw the series of videos you made and is now clear that i just needed to create bigger holes at the bottom of the stove. Great work and thanks for making this video for us! 😊😁❤️👏
Thank you so very much. I am glad the video was useful
The ending flame burning was so satisfying
It was , for me too!. Thanks for the comments Rahul
For people wanting to celebrate Pongal the traditional way by cooking outside, this is perfect. Also great timing since Pongal festival is just 3 weeks away now. Also, camphor is a better fire starter since not many people like the smell of hydrocarbons in their food.
Thanks a bunch for the input. It would normally not use even camphor for starting fire. I would use a single match stick and try to light it up. It's a way of practice for starting fire with minimal inputs. But then I had to make an exception for this trial.
Great try !! Thanks a lot for this :)
I'm into studying biochar, trying to find feasible production technologies for marginal farmers
I'm eager to try this soon
Thanks again !
Best of luck!
Uhhhhhhh, Finally a great result
Yeah, I am glad it worked!
Nice innovation bro.keep it up
Thanks a lot. hope to catch you up on my other videos too!. thanks a lot for watching and commenting
Awesome stove build......What was the burn time?
that would on the kind of material we burn... wood shavings burn faster while small wood chunks take up to an hour to fully burn and char
I am watching your videos because I am interested in TLUD. You may have corrected this already, in which case, please ignore this comment.
You make great content, but I imagine that isn’t news to you. It’s through, insightful, which makes it educational.
But your intro music. Please. It is not an advertisement to hear from the next room, it should be at your speaking volume, if not slightly below, to make people lean in, not lean out.
Thanks for pointing it out. My recent videos have gotten better in audio
Good effort bro
Thank you so much 😀
Can we use a blower force feed the air to keep the flame powerful ?
Yes, but the idea is achieve a low cost sustainable stove with no moving parts.
for example ,People in the desert in ancient times, did not use coolers. Instead they used construction methods that kept the house cool inside. The idea behind this stove is , It should be low cost zero maintenance. I do understand that air could be supplied through bellows...But that again would need human energy.
Can you please share the sheet thickness and weight? We want a material that doesn't b rust over many uses and Ms might be sufficient for this?
I used 1 mm sheets of MS. Not sure about the weight though. Since we are dealing with fire and subsequently using water...rust may be inevitable
Forgot to wish belated happy christmas
Season's greetings bro.
Best
thanks
For the sake of people who would want to make, could you put the correct dimensions of the hole size that would be needed?
I went by trial and error and would advise the same. one may not be able to make it the way I have made it. I would say , don't weld the bottom plate. This way the holes in the bottom can always be made bigger. The holes on the top were 10mm or 13 mm.
I want to buy a tlud stove for biochar for organic farming, can i buy from you? If you sell
I just made one...just to understand and see if it works.
Am i wright buddy .This is not a arrogance .Want a reply bro .
Instead of diesel use cotton soaked in oil to light fire...
Could have done that... But it was getting late and I had to finish shooting... so did whatever I could. Its a good idea though
Second view
Second is good too...hahaha
Is this smokeless
No stove is smoke less. There will be some smoke while starting. but later its smokeless. That's what i experienced wit the one I made
Thanks man
Keep up the good work
How much heat does this give off as I plan to install something like this in my cabin
@@survivalag2293 Depends on the size you are building and the fuel type you are using. The one I made has good enough flame.
Thanks
I'm building a 8x5 cabin and I'm using dried veggie peels and wood
First view and comment
Thanks a lot!
Pakistan made the best stoves
Nice to know that
