I LOVE Mister doughnut! When I was in Japan, my host family bought a dozen for my goodbye dinner lol! I honestly swear its the best doughnut chain ever!

Hi Sharla! I really enjoy your channel and especially the vlogs...I love to watch in the morning its very relaxing and positive. Just a small correction about this vid today. Mr Doughnut was "born" in America, it isn't really a Japanese doughnut company. Its just that the brand really caught on in Japan in the 80's when a Japanese company swooped in and became the "great overloards of doughnut happiness" . The first Mr D was opened in Massachusetts in 1955 by a man named Harry Winouker. The very first Mr D's were actually street carts in Boston,,,like NYC hot dogs. ....there...more than u ever wanted or needed to know about the history of MR D. :)

I sincerely wish that Mister Donut™ still had locations open in the US. I only get to enjoy their flower-shaped donuts and pastries when I go back home to Thailand or visit Japan. Bring Mister Donut™ back to the West!
