IM 52 AND WORKED ALL MY LIFE AND CANT WORK NO MORE HAVE lumbar spine core injury and walk with cane. cause I loose my balance.cant bend,lift to much 10 lbs and in chronice pain everyay

I'm on SSI Social Security Administration in my my back when went out two years ago a year-and-a-half ago and I got breathing problems and you know cuz I smoked for 20 years and now I got a breathing problem they said that there's something wrong with my heart which it beats faster with the the rhythm of my heart I forgot what it's called they tried to say it was the enlarged heart and then my dad I I can only walk so far for about 5 minutes I can't stand that long for 5 minutes maybe party not even now I can only walk so far then I get out of breath I get shaky sweaty and I my back gives out and I have to sit down for at least 5 or 10 minutes until my back stops hurting and then I can get back up and walk around again so I don't know what to do I got the CD ROM from the chiropractor so I don't even know what that says nobody won't look at it so I don't know what to do okay thank you and goodbye

I am not sure what you are asking? Whether UPS has long term disability covereage?
I know, UPS has Long term. I just need to know, If my condition is from working for them do I have a case??.
