I've been doing this similar exercise (very simple ones) each morning or just before speaking English so as to pronounce clearly but never knew it actually was for relaxing muscles and that there are various methods to practice with. Thanks for this video. Very helpful!
These relaxations are more than pretty good!!! Great for my ventriloquism and singing practices...THANKS a lot.

This is the answer I was looking for so long to master any language...the key is the tongue...greetings from colombia..
These are great techniques! These are useful exercises for my students who are faced with the daunting task of retraining their mouth muscles. Thanks!
awesome Tom & Rachel- Really i can feel the tounge relaxed, similar to speech secrets....
that has a real effect! thank u 2 very much.
For me, the tongue tip is touching the back of the front (bottom teeth), and the wide flat top part of the middle of the tongue is touching the roof of the mouth, and my mouth is closed. If I'm leaving everything hanging and relaxed, then my jaw will drop some and so my tongue won't be touching the roof of the mouth.
I love to do it... Helps me lots
This is a tremendous lesson
Quando crescer quero ser como você...Saber inglês é tudo de bom, uma sensação de liberdade.É triste viver aprisionado somente a um idioma...

Hey thank you for this amazing instructional video! A suggestion for the tongue exercises when you stick it out for the stretch would be to advise your viewers to place a pen or pencil underneath the tongue to bridge it... it gives the tongue a really nice stretch and a good idea of how it should feel when you're doing it correctly! However, only a suggestion guys! The video is very helpful regardless! Thank you so much!
Thanks friends
