Found this works really well for harvesting too. Set up the course basically the same way with only one drop point (other is the auger). and then manually run an auger wagon between the harvester and the truck. Handy if you have multiple harvesters or the damn trucks keep crashing into the harvesters.
Indeed, have the truck on the side running a course when it gets full to unload or sell and then the harvesters running their course and then you running the auger to keep them empty. Great use of CP.
FK, these tutorials are excellent refresher courses. I had not played FS17 for some time when FS19 came out so I had forgotten most of Courseplay's commands. Kentucky Farmer did extensive Courseplay tutorials for FS17. Maybe you could get some ideas for FS19 tutorials from those vids.
Your videos are great...very helpful, thanks for taking the time. Just would really like to know how you're able to steer so smoothly to set up such perfectly crafted routes...mine are all herky jerky, its pretty ugly =D
Courseplay is still in the Dev beta, so not all of the functions work like unload from a combine to a auger wagon to a trailer, that function is not working yet also no silage bunker loading or loader bucket to unload the BGA. But give them time there working on all of this, just go check out the page for courseplay and you can see what there working on, ok that was my 2 cents.
Haven't seen anyone do a multiple compartment trailer. Will it work? I have no intention of trying course play until a first version is released, I'm just trying to get familiar see a lot of possibilities. Thanks good job.
I haven not tried a trailer with multiple fill planes but I believe I saw a posting in the issues section that there where issues with that. If your goal is to wait until a full release it might be quite a long time. For 17 CP seemed very stable for a rather long time before it found its way into the Giants Mod hub which is what I would classify full release and still then there was continued development and changes on the github dev version.

Other than that it's been working quite well seeing as it is a beta version. Kudos to the devs of this mod, it must be a nightmare trying to work things out new for FS19, as Giants software made quite a lot of changes in FS19. So give the guys some luv.
OK, so i don't know if these mods are full on scripted types but here is a couple. first one is the Horse Helper mod next is the mod that has a display, top right on screen, of what your driving what is attached to tractor and how much % of grain etc your tipper has in it also I used it for riding the horses as it told you their name and what % you had ridden them, can't remember the name uf it though. Anyhow when i have either or both of these mods in game Courseplay freezes out the keyboard and/or the whole game after about 10 minutes or so of using courseplay.
I'm looking at running 3 combines, 3 chaser bins unloading to a mother bin with is unloading to my Road trains. Then have the Road Trains unload to farm silo.. see how we go. Ps Have you had any problems saving you CoursePlay courses?
Saving. no issues. What I have seen in CP will blow chunks when you assign the second chaser bin the same course as the first but assigned to a different harvester. it seems excessive to have to record a separate course for each bin. But I might try that tonight.

When the bucket control functions are enabled then yes in theory you could set one up. You would need to activate it and likely in that time might as well cleaned it up. But it should be possible.

I have not tried a single overloader but have been trying a setup with multiple harvesters, multiple overloaders and a semi with no luck. CP blows up when the second d overloader is set up on the course.
Got a question for Ya professor, let say Im harvesting a huge huge field with two combines two overloaders or auger trailers unloading the grain from them and taking it to a huge Overloader like the Mother bin auger overloader siting on edge of the field at the same time a large trailer is unloading the Mother bin on opposite side at auger and going to sell point or farm storage. Now is do you think possible since 2015 people have told me Im crazy but for a single player with a huge Map this would like have 6-8 people working for him. Thanks your a genus figuring this stuff out. You could use a Roller to save a spot on edge of field for Mother bin and could use the same Course play save every time. Time to have another brew been thinking to much

You when you said you couldn't get it work till now was it at start of the course mine wouldn't fill it would tip but not fill that was saturday I'll have to try it again I'm up to date with courageously

I used version 6.01.00054 for the video. Your version should be that or higher. IF your using mods try base game stuff first. start course with the trailer under the fill spout. thats all I did.
Which semi trailer. If its one of the two new trailers that have two fill plains then that might be your issue. try a more basic trailer like one of the krampe ones that only has 1 fill plane.
Unless there is a specific bug with multiple tractors in the same course then this absolutly works with more then 1 tractor. If they catch up on each other there will just be the basic traffic detected and the rear tractor will wait for the first 1 to leave before going on.
It's working just fine for me in that same specific version. You could have set the course up incorrectly, or it could be related to the map you're in.
Becareful where you layout your courses, cos some idiot might put a silo or a building right in the middle of them. Not that Ive just done that you understand. Just saying. Lol

I tried this a couple of weeks ago with one of the double compartment Wilson trailer, but it only emptied one of the compatments.

What scripts are you using in conjunction. I have not run across this issue.

I wonder if you can set up a course to auto clean your animal areas? That could be handy.

Does this work the same with Wilson trailers, that each hopper fill separately? Mine only unload one hopper selling grain
CP last I looked does not understand the dual compartment trailers.
You could do load the bga from bunkers to hopper to sell salige
it looks like that function is stilled greyed out. was going to try a silage level but that wasn't a function that was unlocked for me either.

it never filled at the silo so I just stopped there. figured if it would not load why see if it dumped.
how do you set up two trailers on the same tractor?
fairly sure you dont. just like it doesnt work with the trailers that have 2 fill chambers.
Can you make it deliver stuff (tractors) from shop to your farm?
Yep just record a course from store to farm and then set vehicles on that course when you buy them.

Not sure if anyone else has found this already. I found that this CP6 setting only seems to work with trailers that don't have a cover.

Highly unlikely due to the limitations on consoles with respect to script mods in general. Seasons in 17 was the only exception I know of.

Idk man, custom field routes and auto baling are life savers. They do need to clean up the riff raff though.

That's an option you pick when you load courseplay up the first time per game save so the helper could be paid or not.
