It's definitely possible, numerous early 90s Alice In Chains video boots have surfaced recently so why not Soundgarden? I love uploading this stuff, checkout the show from San Francisco 91 if you haven't already, Beyond the Wheel from that show is far beyond anything I've ever seen or heard.

I've seen bits and pieces but I've never come across the full show. I think it was pro-shot footage for MTV, the hardest stuff to find.
