@@JeffersonAlarcon-dd4to you have to complete daily quest first 11/11 and you get a high grade box from enchantress ( violet cottage) from that box it's rng to obtain kracken neck quest
That item is red colour tentacle item
You have to go bottom of the map where red colour tentacle statue is and use it then kill mob then go to other tentacle statue use it and kill mob that's it
