It's Travis Ancelet. If you graduated 2004 I think he came the next year. They've now had the same directors for 5 years which is pretty rare for mcneil.
no drum break? hm. maybe it's different in texas. anywayyy i literally said "holy crap" out loud at the beginning cause it was so cool :| great show guys, and great solo trombone :D
oh and btw XxRaddxCorexX, what can be sung by a choir, can be played just as well, if not better, by a band if they play it with feeling and not just notes on a page. believe me.
Sorry, bud, but that's all you know. Great bands come from all over. Not just California. You already have your cheese commercials. I'm not going to say I agree or disagree with your earlier comments, because then I would dig myself into something.
Just thought I would throw my two cents in. You say Sleep is not meant for band. Well what of the TRANSCRIPTION for band, done by ERIC WHITACRE himself? Just in case you are not aware, Eric composed Sleep. And lastly... McNeil is in Texas. I think they are QUITE familiar with great bands.
My school's band is playing sleep as our first ballad. I can't wait to play it!!!
