  • Knee's over toes guy, or Ben Patrick, has been blowing up in the online fitness space. Many gyms and trainers are now using his programs and techniques to fix knee, hip and ankle pain.
    Check those out here: www.atgonlinecoaching.com
One of the tools he regularly uses are slant boards. You can pick these online for £50 and up but I had some leftover plywood and know how to put a shelf up...so figured I'd give it a go myself.
The dimensions I used can be found here on my website:
    topknotchmethod.com/diy-slant...
I look forward to using these in my workouts and for some follow along content for you! Let me know in the comments if you're going to try them out.

Hello! I'm wondering what is the angle of your slantboard? Thanks

Hi Lech, thanks for the question. I believe it's 25 degrees. I have an article link in the description to the measurements and a template.

@TopKnotchMethod unfortunately, the link isn't working. Is there another way to see all the measurements? This looks like a really simple, secure, affordable design.

Hi, may I ask why the inside triangle board is smaller than the outside one?

It allows the back support to be flush rather than stuck out. Totally an aesthetic choice as it serves no functional need 😅 does that answer your question?

Since you were using the glue you probably could have just glued it together and then predrilled your holes for the screws after. Hindsight always 20/20. Plus, it doesn’t really matter lol just being a smart ass lol most common sense build I’ve see yet. Good job!

Totally, figured the screws would hold it together while the glue set. Appreciate the comment! Have you made one?
