    Took me a few minutes to realize you were referring to rotating your right hand. Makes sense. Great sound and playing.

      Yep…that’s a big part of this speedy style. Knowing the pickstroke will be the same for the duration of the line enables you to go much faster.

      @@alexchng well…just play NEW stuff over and over! Then learn another new thing and play that over and over. I’m kind of nutty about this stuff too…I’ll run a line over and over again until it’s perfect. Then forget it and bring it out when it’s time.

      It’s a harmonic. The side of my thumb hit the D string immediately following the pick and the string sounds an octave, or another overtone higher...depending on where you pick relative to the fretted note. Also called a pinch harmonic...

      It’s just the onboard delay in the Kemper
      Probably a simulation of an echoplex

    There are words printer in the flow of the lesson..You play fast..Teach on a level which speaks to Old timers on a couch as well as all levels. Play guitar = play = FUN, RELAXED, no self judgement. Which is appeal to a non prideful player. What the words in the video say is oxymoronic to your presentation.But , Genius . Thank you…

      Hi! I use EB slinkys on my strays and Gibsons. Or super slinkys on my Tele and shreddy guitars. Medium action… not super low at all.

      @@alextaylor9186 Nothing fancy. Just my iPhone in a mic stand about 3 feet above my speaker while I’m speaking. The whole rig is pretty quiet, but can keep up with a drummer no problem. Kemper stage and atomic NEO
