CSR 2 | CSR Racing 2, The Green Hell, How Hard to Win?

- I finish the Green Hell event with partially upgraded cars to give you an idea just how hard the event is. What really annoyed me some was the absolute last minute huge increase in diffculty. A bit of a leading you along and then bam! You are now stuck! Not a great feeling if you built cars along the way trying to finish and find this barring you from the prize.
Thanks for another great video , Max. I wont be running this event bc I don't have the STO so that's 70 keys plus the price to upgrade it , for an Audi that I don't want. I do always however enjoy and appreciate your content!
Thank you for that, with no merc or STO I’ll take the free M2 and what parts crates I can get free during event but not worth the keys to pull 2 gold card & chase parts.

I’ve been playing CSR2 for a while but more so since I’ve been disabled and trying to find something to keep me from going crazy since surgery and my life being completely changed due to being disabled. I appreciate your content because it’s so detailed and explanatory and helps guide me along the way. Others show you content but as the game does they take you to the point where they show you the rewards for the races but don’t explain how they progressed through each race and what tuning aspects assisted them through each race. I realize it’s a lot of explaining and detail but that’s why I appreciate you and your channel for showing us how each part effects your run and times against the crazy jumps of game opponents. I’m still a learn in progress and no where near the level of racer you are but it’s fun but on the same token frustrating when I’m doing well and as you described the races going from easy to hard which is expected but then suddenly jumps to extreme basically shutting me down and after try after try i become frustrated and I will not play for a little while just feeling completely defeated. Then I will come back to play feeling refreshed that I took a break but then the frustration returns after a couple races and winning seems impossible. Sorry for the long message but wanted to send my appreciation to you for the great videos and helping to give some insight to how to advance through some of the more difficult races. Thank you for the detailed feedback. I know my videos tend to be long, but I always felt its best to share as much info as possible. Even if it only helps a few players out, it makes it worth the effort.
this is the race tht did me over I need to pull 2-3k in bronze keys to get 3 s6 bec 1-2 s6 was not good eng to get it done I got the old r8 I was in it for the gold keys
That’s why I stopped racing extreme races and refuse to buy parts.

in the same boat, stuck on Race 58 with the STO. Three S6 and still can't beat the time. Pretty annoying even with beating Dyno.
I don't know if you noticed when you made your car quicker the opponent also did a quicker time
I've noticed this in PC races
In short it's rigged to get you use resources or pay
There is some variation in the opponants if you come out and go back in the next one can be a bit slower too, but as Max points out there is an in built hurdle at certain points that requires you commit resources

It does cut both ways. Sometimes opponents also go slower.

But I remember your friend Danny showed a pc cup race and his race 30 was a lot slower than mine and his car was maxed
Mine wasn't and it was a struggle
I could do his time easy
But my time was difficult

I’m stuck on race 52 with the GT. It goes from needing just over 11 seconds to 9.5seconds. I can’t get below 11.1 seconds..
Yeah there are a few big jumps in times. Its meant to get people stuck so they spend resources to further build their cars.
Are you going to do a run through of the Syndicate event? I’m debating on whether I should do that event.
I will if I have the cars and resources to do so.

stock on race 58 with the sto.. i needto get stage 6 parts to run below 9sec
at least the bmw is t3 and not so expensive to upgrade or buy fusions, have 2 lambos that are almost maxed but that damn merc is giving me a headache. have 38/42 and 80/135 and cant get past race 52, the opponent is too fast and cant find a tune that would work.
either I get the required top speed but acceleration sucks or the other way around.
BMW is the best car out of that event anyway.

not long ago there was a bugatti event (duality I think) and got stuck at race 59 with all cars almost maxed. thats just frustrating to smell victory and then the event ends and you get nothing. after seeing this video I think im gonna stop with this event and use my energy on that daytona event with dodge charger demon (have just 1 race left)
Event was pretty easy. Only had to build the BMW. Was able to finish it with only stage 6 transmission. Use the maxed tune and shift pattern. Not looking like an overall event finish for me but I am happy to win the showdown prize car.
HI max. I"m doing the tempest 3 tier 3 should I lock in this car ? Or do you advice me other t3 cars ?
This BMW seems to sprint rather slow. I would look for something that is both fast and sprints quickly. 1* Mustang surpisingly is a great choice. Lb M4, Z4m40i, are all good choices. There are others as well but its hard to remember off the top of my head.

@PICKSTER1998 I had it happen once when I uploaded a video that was processed ahead of time. Usually direct uploads do not have audio issues. I did not reupload. It may not have finished when you first watched it.

I don’t think I’m gonna win it. I’m at 59/60 which is really frustrating the way they are turning the game in to almost a pay to play. But on the other hand, if I had all the keys you did, I wouldn’t have a problem getting through.
These big events are designed as money making events for NM.
9:28 race 58 was buffed, it’s now 8.6-8.7, well atleast for me
That blows tbh. There is no reason for changes after something goes live. It is just wrong.
@@maxthegamerOG i am on 58 as well and everytime i upgrade the challenge car goes up as well to match my gain. Challenge car for me is at 8.6.
@petercorrin2414 That is obnoxious. I have seen that in the past. Basically you can trying racing, going back to garage and then going to race again to see if you can get a different slower opponent.
@@petercorrin2414 idk if you got through the race already, but the slowest car I found from retrying was an 8.730 from the Ford GT LM

I play a lot and spend very carefully.
What happens to the locked in cars?
What do you mean? Other than they must be used there is really not much choice in lock ins. Lock in 2 use the closest to maxed you have.
Why not all stage 6
I can run fully maxed. I was trying to see what min I can use to still win.
I am having a time of 16.890 at relay race 59 .by watching this vid i think i should some reruns so i get slower ones.
I win like 400k but i will not pay just to a car in game 😴
