Oh's 41st touche in the first event. He got parried, but then kept a straight arm and blade, effectively out-muscling Szilagy.
It's similar to Gu's high quarte parry he takes after missing a lunge

The commentator meant “uk” as in Oh Sang-“uk”. The actual pronunciation in Korea is kinda of like a “ug” sound.
