Guys the last chest is in the same area as chests 21-22 when you're flying the Cycrane around. You need to rotate the room in a certain configuration. Have the top rotator be green and the bottom one be yellow. I think uploader just forgot to show the 2nd rotating so it looks like its a duplicate of the earlier chest in that room but its actually the last chest.

20:38 for some reason this section here for me has an invisible wall that prevents the crane from reaching the chest. Edit: They fixed this area and now it’s working as it should

@@Ryotinha Only if they're missing the trotter. If not, it's the B2 floor... apparently the basic chest exists twice, with the actual being when the Top floor is activated (green), and the next one is yellow.

18:30 - 19:50 you can use cycrane next to elevator as well to open both chests without need to go back and forth
you also get an acheivement from entering one of the hidden rooms with a cycrane
After 2 hours straight I’ve decided I don’t really need that 23rd chest…
