Nice House…But a house like this loses it value by almost 4% year on year beacuse $$ increases by almost 4%every year..In 2022 $$ increased by almost 11%…I personally would not spend so much money on a house in Shichak…I would invest somewhere else..We don’t get a buyer for a house like this in shichak..with no paperwork..Anyway people r free to mk their own choices..I m only explaining the maths behind such houses in Shichak.Where I live I can easily Mk close to 8L passive income with money spend on this house..n the values of the property will only increase with time.

@@aryaqueen007 Ordinary citizens like us don’t realize n c what is happening to the $ as world currency..eg India 🇮🇳 has started trading in Rs with 18 countries including Russia.This will impact all Tibetan who send money bk home..We c less Mastercard n visa now days. We c Rupay on our debit card n UPI for online transactions..we Tibetans waste away our foreign remittance by not buying assets instead we build liabilities like a house in shichak.The world dos not approve USA policy of using $$ as a weapon.
