This is not really safe. The neckline should be cut and closed with a spot of velcro, in case the cape gets caught on something the kid won't strangle.
@@kidspot I think it would work better for dogs because not all kid are the same height and the cape would be short but for a normal dog it fits good. My only concern is that if the cape falls on the side dogs will get annoyed.
