Photographing Trypophobia Arch

Here's a story and some behind the scenes to photographing an extremely remote, unnamed arch within Glen Canyon in Utah. Because it has multiple holes, we dubbed it Trypophobia Arch. In this video, I hope to inspire others to go out on true adventures for their photography.

I’ve been thinking about the story telling part of photography lately.
A finished polished image all alone, no matter how much of a hero shot it may be, can feel quite sterile and devout of that story.
This is why I’ve been trying to share more of what’s happening on these adventures. Who I’m with. The surrounding area. The journey to get to that photo location. Why I went there. What it made me feel. A lot.
So I got one absolutely love videos like this where I can really get to know a photographer I admire. To both learn about you but also to improve my own self. Bravo

Not sure if you could hold your camera and gear but a dirt bike that was 250cc+ would be a lot quicker haha

It's nice to see new location discoveries in landscape photography after seeing the same images over and over. The journey and memory will always be worth it in the end whether it's good or bad. This is really what landscape photography is all about Excellent capture and story, Nick!

This is an absolutely brilliant idea for a video! I loved it so much that I wish the behind-the-scenes video was longer! You are very humble Nickolas. I hope that the truck survived as well as you all did on this once-in-a-lifetime adventure. That must be thrilling to capture images that are so off the beaten path!
