Hi lovely, so glad you liked it. No need to take a job for extra money if it means extra stress and anxiety. Life is not meant to be difficult (to that extent). I think paella is good for a large group of people in summer, I may do it when friends come over. The soup was so good I ate both portions... Did you swim in the beach?
