I enjoy watching Bo Ryan's offensive masterpeice - by far my favorite offense to watch in college basketball. I like it because although he doesn't generally attract one and done type athletes, he gets the most out of the athletes he does attract. Kentucky is loaded (and seemingly better without Cauley - Stein!) and improving rapidly, I think Wisconsin has a chance to beat Calipari's all-star team. I enjoy watching Kentucky also as a basketball fan but I'll be rooting hard for Wisconsin to win it all!
raf diaz while this is true, I believe having that inside presence of Randle is the biggest factor. Take him out and Kentucky is nowhere near as good as opposed to taking the twins out.
What are the drawbacks to a swing offense? I know you pointed out bad spacing when two players cut to the same spot. It seems like a lot of standing around, Coach.
***** I have no clue what this comment means. College fans in general usually root for a school that they have some sort of association with. UK is no different than any other in that regard.
Also, you still haven't explained what your original comment meant. About "real college ball". You do know Wisconsin has the third lower graduation rate among all 68 teams in the tournament, right? And their graduation rate for black players is astronomically lower than their graduation rate for white players. So Wisconsin is even further removed from "real college ball" than UK.
Calipari knew Derrick Rose cheated? Damn, could you link to any evidence of this? Sounds like he was in some serious trouble. Oh wait, he wasn't. I almost forgot how the NCAA never found him guilty of any wrongdoing. And even cleared Derrick Rose twice themselves before they found out that that he had someone else take his SAT. And his UMass team? You mean Marcus Camby's violation that Calipari himself reported to the NCAA? Where, once again, the NCAA found he was in the clear? Wow. Glad you're on the case. You're really uncovering some hard truths that no one knew about here. Also, Daniel Orton deciding not to go to class four years ago has nothing to do with Calipari or his players as a whole. They posted a 3.0 last semester, so that's yet another comment that makes absolutely no sense. Please, look up something, anything, before you start spouting bullshit. I'm embarrassed for you.
***** Whoa, wait, you think they were "agents from UMass"? Hahaha! Holy shit, you're dumber than I thought. Either that or you're trolling. Do you really not know what a sports agent is? He was trying to represent Camby professionally after he entered the draft. And he was even charged with extortion because he said if Camby told anyone else or did not let him represent Camby in the NBA then he would leak the info about the gifts to the media. The "agents from UMass" line has me convinced that you're just trolling, but if you aren't, then take your fucking L and move on. Also, that article is in direct opposition to what you're suggesting son. You look sort of silly linking something that is literally contradicting what you're saying.
Nick Johnson is atrocious in big games, Sean Miller ought to be ashamed having so much trust in a guy that cant hit a jump shot consistently. Gordon should have been the go to guy most of this game.
What a strange strange offense. Very unintuitive, and will definitely not work out for a team with more unbalanced players (ie. those with no 3 point ranges). Definitely not my favorite, but whatever serves them I guess.
I dont like this offense !! I mean it's OK for teams with good team work and with no offensive superstar who can dominate !! But it takes SO much effort to get an OK look.. and the chance of screwing up is big .. like that cutter that got in the way twice in one time !
Thanks for the breakdown coach! Love Wisconsin

We broke down how Wisconsin runs their famed Swing Offense. Can Kentucky stop it? #NCAA #MarchMadness
Ready for that Uconn breakdown coach. #BBN #GoingFor9
Nice polo coach
Nice one, Coach
Reminds me of the triangle offense a little bit
Interesting offense, may use it for my team.....
I've never seen something like that. Old school might be the wrong term, ancient would be a better fit. But who cares as long as it works.
"Bear down," heh I like that coach. Way to kick Arizona when they're down.
Coach, can you do a breakdown on Kentucky's recent success
Julius. Randle. Breakdown complete.
Bankai2169 Also the twins really showed up during the tournament
raf diaz while this is true, I believe having that inside presence of Randle is the biggest factor. Take him out and Kentucky is nowhere near as good as opposed to taking the twins out.
Offensive rebounds. Breakdown complete.
high pick and roll+talent......
I still like Kentucky to win
3:26 yup that 8/21 will win you alot of games
Nice shirt, "Coach" Nick

I really wonder how their defense is going to preform against the Wildcats
Haters starting to get nervous that UK might win the whole thing.

Lookin good ;)
Do Florida and uconn.
Kentucky was able to shut down Kaminsky, that's the key.
what do you expect? Kentucky is a big team.
*****
Kentucky shut down kaminsky by good help defense, not just size.
not enough attacking guard play to beat the cats. not a uk fan at all but you need some athletic guards to beat these guys.
my only apprehension is how will they handle UKs athleticism. they really didnt handle MSU's athleticism well
Tuckey!
clearly coach dislikes the kentucky wilcats haha
he is underrating the wilcats even after their toughest road to the final 4 lol

I was so pissed. Kentucky is the epitome of what's wrong with basketball today
I dont like this offense !!

UK won
White man basketball style.
