Literally made my dream guitar this time around.
EramSemperRecta the A1.6 model has everything I’ve ever wanted in an axe. Black open pore ash body, single volume knob with an evertune bridge, roasted maple neck and fretboard w/ss frets and locking tuners. Oh and reverse headstock and luminlay side dots! It’s literally spec’d out to my ultimate desires! Even the single coil in the neck position that can double as a humbucker. All my dual hum guitars can split for a single coil sound but aesthetically speaking I love the look of the stacked single in the neck. Perfect guitar for me.
We just need more bridge options
Enfrod I’ve had everything but an evertune. After playing a few I’m completely sold on it. At this point I feel Indonesian made guitars almost need one. I’ve had many and I always feel disappointed with tuning and intonation issues. Even my priciest Ibanez and LTDs
Zaq Woodward its just a pain to change tunings which i do several times in a playing session
thats the most beautiful guitars i´ve ever seen in my entire life, this is AMAZING, saving money to buy one, here in Brazil is so expensive.
Love that finally there is a guitar company that get it! We want big frets, flatter fretboards, slim neck contours, quality tone woods. You are delivering on all fronts. We don't want big far necks and baseball like radiuses. If you are a pro player you need tone and comfort, no compromises. I mainly play Fusion, Jazz and Classical and yet I find myself either playing on shred machines or modifying my archtops to this type of specs. I can't wait to try one of these guitars.

This is literally what I was waiting for. I wasn’t expecting to see the stacked/rail neck pickups continue in these but I like it on my AB1.6HTPB. The rest of the specs though I had been waiting for, especially for the V.

I wish solar guitars would do semi custom orders. The trans red looks amazing but can't get a v or e shape with evertune and stainless with that finish 😭

I still haven't fully understood whether evertune changes the feeling of different scale lengths or makes just the intonation and tuning perfect.. If anybody knows, inform us!

Markus Maidla never tried anything higher than 26.5 personally. That always felt perfect for me🥰

Just checked the Solar guitars website. Pretty reasonable prices considering the fact that these guitars are equipped with roasted maple necks, stainless steel frets, Duncan pickups AND an Evertune bridge. I also like that the 1.6/1.7 Artist guitars are actually bolt-on necks. Good job, Ola!

My first "serious" guitar was a Japanese-made Jackson Dinky Reverse just like those, except with a rosewood fingerboard and Floyd Rose bridge. I love that finish, and now I can have it in 7-string? SOLD. Now I just have to convince the wife .....
