Sir what will we do if there is a zero like for an example : 6550÷9

Then we just add 0 (and so leave the cumulative digit total unchanged) in that step..
Put 6 as it is.
6+5 = 11.
11+5 = 16.
16+0 = 16.
So we have 6 11 16 R16.
Exchange 9 in the remainder for 1 in the quotient to get 6 11 17 R7.
Finally perform the carries to get 727 R7, which converts to the decimal 727.77777... .
