Songs like this come through people from living close to the land, in this case northeast Scotland. Thanks, brothers, for breathing new life into this one. So beautiful. 🌄
this is so beautiful... been listening to this for 30 mins straight... bless your souls update: its been over a month and i still cant get over this video and their voices
Thanks to Other Voices and Brian agus Diarmaid. Go hailain ar fad! GRMA. Here in Canada it is wonderful to have the music and I cant wait to start hiking Sli Eireann as Chaislain Bears i Corca Dhuibhne go dti Béal Feirste while listening to Ye Vagabonds!
I SO love this band! A while ago, they had another video under the "Courage" moniker playing the tune, "I'm A Rover" and I LOVED it. So much I started learning it and bullied the other members of my Irish band into incorporating it into our repertoire. But once, when I went back to watch it again, it was no longer on TH-cam! ARGH!!! What happened to it?

Like a breath of fresh air in a polluted world. Such great vibes.
Every song they perform feels like a loss when it ends. Amazing.
Brian's voice is incredible.
The other lad is no slouch either, but he has my sympathy trying to compete with that..
Oh yeah, absolutely
Love that roll on "bloomin'"
That you, Carr? 🤗

Great stuff from Ye Vagabonds
Wow, gorgeous
Great music, boys
Lovely version of a North East Scotland song even retaining some doric language (fit instead of what) that I didn't expect
Jim McCann did a version of this titled “the ploughboy lads”. It’s exciting to see these fellas carrying on the torch 🇮🇪
Really lovely , guys!
This is lovely.
❤️🦋
Are they playing in Wheelans online Patrick’s Day 2021?
Same tune as Mormond Braes as arranged by Old Blind Dogs.
What are the vocal mics they're using? The tone is spot on.
@@jpworsfoldmusic9509 Thanks much, may have to pick up 1 or 2
Those are Ear Trumpet Labs "Edwina". We have one and they are incredible :) Handmade in Oregon by a crew of 4 haha
Is this an octave mandolin or a bazouki
That s a four course Greek bouzouki with Irish tuning.
