Love it. I don’t wanna tell everyone stay off of the strip or anywhere near it but if you’re like me and want an area full of potential, small town vibes while still accessible to great amenities-with the strip not too far off, Centennial is great. For young families especially. It’s also relatively safe to walk the streets and I just had a great time for months at a time there.
Nice video Kristina! I actually used to live over from Buffalo just right on Tenaya Way! I come back every year to visit and would love to move back in the future. 29 years old now.
Hey Kristina, thx for your content!! I've watched a few of your videos and was wondering. As an agent, do you ever come across fixer upper homes that would be good for investors? Like condos or townhomes that need to be rehabbed and then rented? From searching a bit, it sounds like lots of people are moving to Vegas, so if that's true. I would think it would be a good area to own a rental property. Which is what I'm looking to do more of. Since my son just moved out to Vegas last week. I've been recently looking out there a little. I'm in MN now and got one rental and my primary. So I'd even be interested in a fixer upper to possibly live in, in Vegas, with the plan to eventually rent that one and move sometime in the future. Any info would be appreciated!! Thx! Rick
LOL when I tell you that I think about this a few times a week, I hope you believe me... I found out they had overcharged me by mistake! It's actually pretty affordable there

Hi! Yes I do come across these. Are you looking to fix & flip or fix and hold to place a tenant?
