​@@catmacopter8545Clearview is now noncompliant again, so for the most part even states that switched are now producing new signs with highway gothic.

It seems like several jurisdictions that switched to Clearview are starting to switch back. NYC used Clearview when they first switched to mixed-case text for street name signs, but currently they're back to using Highway Gothic. I live in Ohio and I've noticed that newer signs are going back to Highway Gothic as well
