Beach boy is really overpowered to be honest. It has multiple block breaks which you cannot parry and if you don't block at all they do like 20-30 damage. Also, Rod Slap, Hook Pierce, and Rod Throw cannot be cancelled by using light moves like Punches, etc. Auto Rod Pull while someone is ragdolled equals free attacks which is really overpowered. The cooldowns are also quick.
