That room is coming along well! As usual you two have me laughing! I loved watching Hogans heros! Mash was another great and funny show! I was happy to see you posted another video! And hello Max 🐕 I agree with your RANT lol let him do his master crafting how you choose to do it! I stand on top of ladders to cut tree branches with my chain saw! 😊
I like watching your channel, you actually work while doing a live instead of sitting around flapping your gums. Even though I'm watching this live 6 days later, cabin is looking great. See ya on the next video or live ✌️
Your channel popped up a few days ago. I'm trying to catch up! What a terrific job you're doing on the cabin! I'm hoping you'll build a new big front porch! (Love your dog! He's such a good boy!)
That is the problem today, other people want to tell you how to work! Nanny state, as for watching you two, brilliant, exactly how the majority work, whatever to get it done ;-)
Better than a heartless corporation telling you how to work, putting profit above safety with no regulations to prevent them from just discarding you when you're injured on the job.
So many negative opinions from so many people. This project is his and can do any thing he wants. Some useful info has been given but some of y'all just need to watch and let it be!
Dang it, missed the live once again. Oh well I can still tell ya I enjoy watching this cabin becoming a livable home. It is looking great, love the tounge and groove. Are you going to clear coat it, stain it or white wash it? Either way it is looking amazing.♥There is over kill with the safety features because common sense appears to be bred out as a human trait. Love the humor the two of carry on with, it takes me back to when my cousin and I did home maintenance and repair another life time ago. We had so much fun it never seemed like work. LOL you can hang a pic of you two on that miss fired nail, THE BUILDERS. How many boxes of mints do you go through in a week? Oh and what brand and flavor are you addicted to? 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
when he said plank, it reminded me of the cartoon show (Ed Edd n Eddy) from cartoon network that i grew up watching as a kid and the character that had the wooden plank was johnny
The traffic noise from that road close by is fairly loud. Are you considering building a dirt berm somewhere between the road and the cabin to cut down the traffic noise? A berm with a cedar fence along the top of it would really cut the noise down and add privacy as well.
Instead of measuring every piece of T&G that your cutting on an angle just measure the top of the board you cut. It then becomes the bottom of the next board. Saves a ton of time climbing up and down the ladder to measure and cut every piece.
I mean take the measurement from the top of the board you cut and then you know how long to cut your next board. I've done t&g before and I usually cut 5 or 6 boards and then nail them in. Saves me a ton of time.
You can't sue the company that made the ladder because there are warning stickers all over it. They don't put those stickers on it for your safety, they put them on to avoid lawsuits. Yes, you are responsible for your own safety. Read and follow the instructions, as Norm used to say.
99 Projects...you're a handy feller, bypass the unnecessary, annoying On/Off switch on that Milwaukee brad nailer...disassemble, cut, strip, solder, heat shrink, 3 layers of duct tape over switch hole, reassemble.
I was trimming a tree on the property I was renting. I fell and broke my hip. I called my insurance company and they asked if I was using a ladder. I said no. They asked if my landlady hired me to trim the tree. I said no. They said "you don't have a case because you are responsible for your own safety." Know the law. Stop complaining.
Have you thought about using some of the old lumber to make decorative trim for the doors and windows, it would be a cool callback to the original cabin before renovation?
Maybe I missed it in an earlier video but did you do anything in the beginning to check for or kill any possible termite infestation or any other critters?
Actually, the customer service is bad at most of stores in the USA. It is not Just the Big box stores. If you show patience and kindness the stores employees will be nicer. You are responsible for your own safety.
Why didn't you use the miter saw to cut the angles? Is it not a sliding compound? Also, i don't know why ppl are mentioning osha. Is the guy a hired helper?
Am i into construction or know what is being done or what are half of the tools they use? No. Im a girly girl into makeup rainbows and glitter. Yet here I am totally invested on this cabin being restored. Def rocket surgery to me
The original builders and owner of the cabin would be so proud of you two.
I love watching you two. Me and my husband work the same way. We bicker and always forget about the safety stuff. I will keep watching.
work really fascinates me, I can watch it for hours.
I'm so comfortable with hard work that I can fall asleep while it's going on around me!
😂🤣😂🤣
The place is coming along nice, great job.

LOL me later watching this at 2x speed. Love your videos, will watch at fast speeds to ensure I watch 😂
Omg! The place look freakin amazing. Wow!!! Great job.
I want to see this place when you’re finished! I know - you should give it your favorite viewer (ps that would be me).
Can't wait to see the finished product
Thanks for posting here, I don't like Facebook so I don't get to have instagram without it.
The natural light is going to pour through that 1'x1' window. It's going to be like being outside!
Probably more for a cross breeze than light…
@@annalorree really? You think a breeze could squeeze through that? And what's wrong with light? It's like a wooden dungeon.
@@marshall0814 i agry with dark wood i like dark wood beter
I enjoy watching the progress being made.
Well buy them a bigger window you the only one complaining
I agree with you about Home Depot! lol I don’t know if I missed it but I was curious why you left that space open at the bottom? It’s looking so good!
If it’s the kitchen part probably because the cabinets will be there.

Love you guys!!! Looks amazing!!!!❤❤❤
Great episode I love the content. I wish I had a fraction of the knowledge you guys had with this stuff. The place is looking awesome. #RocketSurgery
I love the grunting while using the nail gun.
Coming together really nice. Doing a great job guys

It's going to be a neat little cozy home, I love it.

Watching from Edmonton Alberta Canada
Wow! Looks fantastic!
Proud of you boys , living the life 🙌🏻
Sorry, 15 hours late. Concerning the window, you hate washing windows like myself... and greetings from South Korea.
Love the pine, not fake.
Nice good job guys watching from philippines🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
Hogan's Heroes..... Hello 👋🏻 from Alhambra Southern California 🌴
Looking good - white wash lightly to knock back the yellow tones!
A quick way to approximate inches to centimeters is to multiply by 2.5. It’s not exact, but it’s close. To be exact use 2.54.
Just a heads up. If you measure the short side of the board then it's your next long measurement for your next board.
But then you miss out on the joy of yelling at someone from the top of a ladder! 😂
@@kate_m. Well that is true. LOL
The old house is coming back to life!
Cabins looking great

Hey when I build my grossly Adams log cabin , it would be 1 of a kind working with you pro 's 😂😂
I loved watching Grizzly Adams
The cabin is looking so good
Do you think your going to put up selling fans
For a TH-cam shirt you should show a cabin tour to show how much working progress you’ve made
The room looks so cozy 👀

Hogan's Heroes....yes you are correct. I used to watch it all the time.
Instead of measuring every piece of T&G that your cutting on an angle just measure the top of the board you cut. It then becomes the bottom of the next board. Saves a ton of time climbing up and down the ladder to measure and cut every piece.
Can’t do that bcuz there is a tongue and a groove. The angle would be going the wrong way on the waste piece
I mean take the measurement from the top of the board you cut and then you know how long to cut your next board. I've done t&g before and I usually cut 5 or 6 boards and then nail them in. Saves me a ton of time.
LOOKING GOOD BOYZ!
Yay just saw you uploaded!❤
Great room to have your model train layout setup in ! 😂

Yes, you are responsible for your own safety. Read and follow the instructions, as Norm used to say.
What are the plans for the cabin when it’s completed, will you live in it , or are you planning on selling?
The place is coming around ; go team go ! 😂
I have noticed no venting. What are you guys doing for heating/air conditioning?
Probably base board heating.
They did that a few episodes ago.
Boy you can hear wind and rain. Hope windows are closed. Love watching your show
99 Projects...you're a handy feller, bypass the unnecessary, annoying On/Off switch on that Milwaukee brad nailer...disassemble, cut, strip, solder, heat shrink, 3 layers of duct tape over switch hole, reassemble.
Looking good!
You should have added one by one in the corners then you stick your boards up you will get a nice clean finish
In New Zealand when it comes to building, we measure in mm (millimetres)
In all your investments, maybe a scaffolding system or scaffold ladder would be a good idea.
My ONLY suggestion would be to move the camera to the other corner so we could see the work. That is all
I liked Sgt Shultz, " I know nothing!!!"
I see nothing

Yes
It was sargent Schultz who always said “ya volt er kammadant” to his boss, col. Klink. More sociological and cultural banter, less bickering ❤🙏
Maybe I missed it in an earlier video but did you do anything in the beginning to check for or kill any possible termite infestation or any other critters?
Please don't paint that room it's beautiful weird a wall just like that and it looks beautiful 😊
Hogans Heroes and Sargent Schultz says Ja vol er commandant
Can you give a look at all the progress inside that you’ve made.
Actually, the customer service is bad at most of stores in the USA. It is not Just the Big box stores.
If you show patience and kindness the stores employees will be nicer.
You are responsible for your own safety.
Scaffolding would probably help the job go faster.
Is this going to be a start to building other cabins or houses
Money you’re putting into this cabinet 😮
When I was a kid I got my arm stuck in a wringer washer.
Oh nooooo!!! How awful😮😮We used one of those too when I was a kid and there were many close calls with my fingers but no accidents thankfully🎉🎉🎉❤❤😊
Why didn't you use the miter saw to cut the angles? Is it not a sliding compound? Also, i don't know why ppl are mentioning osha. Is the guy a hired helper?
Chop saw won’t cut that steep of angle
Are you planning to sell the cabin? How much?

And osha doesn’t do private residential. Maybe commercial type. Jobs
Have you thought about a fire place for upstairs and downstairs . The show was Hagans heroes and the best saying from the show is I know nothing
NNNOOOOO HOGAN'S not Hagan's or was that just an error?
Hogan’s Heroes is the name of the show
Yes, Hogan's Heroes.
It's not rocket surgery had me dying
Are you compressing the insulation in the ceiling? That won't work so good... insulation doesn't give the R-value you need/want when it's compressed.
All the igly has been replaced with really nice appearances leave room for another piano
Hogan's Heroes
You win it’s Hogan Hero’s!
Thanks!
Thank you very much
Kitchen cupboards where the boards stop right?
Yes
No vapour barrier?
can the 100th project be a new 1080p camera? The 720 you use looks like it is filming though dirty saran wrap.
Idk why the quality is that bad. It’s on my iPhone. It should be 4k
@@99Projects it depends on how you have obs set for streaming. you have streaming set to 720 p then for bandwidth reason most likely
