I was reading the subtitles and it was saying how it's impolite to touch bodies and what not so they have to ask first.. I mean what the hell else do you expect when you walk into a place that does massage and head washing... If someone asked me can I touch you when I walked in to have my haircut or have a massage I'd get up and leave just on account of how stupid that sounds.
I think that is the diferent between west n east culture. I also agree with u that is like a "u dont say" thing, but thats how we the indonesian gesture be respectful to others 😅
