Absolutely, we've had some people switch them out for the GM Off Road boards which are black and hoop/rounded and look great. They are similar to this youtube video cheers!th-cam.com/video/yGrKjnrr8vA/w-d-xo.html
The short answer is yes! The long answer is was a very rare issue that was very hard to reproduce but was more noticeable in our 6.2L's than anything else, but the latest engineering fix/update from June elevated it completely in my 6.2L, cheers! Appreciate the comment.
We agree with you...keep in mind it is due for a re-design next year for 2021 model year! We would argue the word dated is a loaded term. For example the Taco for 2020 now offers 3 USB instead of 1? and GM has had Apple CarPlay and Android Auto since it launched where's the other guys got it 3 years later? Plus GM has had 4G LTE Wifi since launch and no one else does. The Infotainment system is second only to drivers seat comfort as the most important feature inside the cabin and GM has won this race in spades my friend, cheers!
Its unfortunate that some people have had transmission issues I can say we have seen very few with the hard shifting and or surging issues but the NEW (July 8th 2019) TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) 18-NA-355 seems to have completely fixed the few customers issues we did have. Hope this knowledge assists you or someone else, cheers!

I own a 2019 ZR2 Duramax! I absolutely love it! Extremely comfortable to drive and so much fun!!!!
Sweet ride!
Wow i like that one. I drive a 2004 Colorado Z-85 4x4 Inline 5-Cylinder and I love it. But this ZR2 is straight up gnarly!!
We sold lots of the Z85's. You are correct the ZR2 is gnarly!
When you have small children like me, this I would consider a family mover. :)
I bet you take the LONG way to get the bread and milk!
@@WesternGMDrumheller cheap family car ;)

Sadly this is not available with crew cab, long bed, and diesel combo in Canada! If it were it would be my 1st choice
Has Chevy straightened out the torque converter shudder issues in their 8 spd auto?

Thanks for the comment Gary, cheers!
I heard it's not comfortable inside, might as well go full size
Its comfortable but what one person finds comfortable another person might not.
Chevrolet colorado ltz
Chevys interior is dated.

Yet it’s still much better than other trucks.
Lots of capability. Not much reliability. Those 8-speed transmissions are crap in both the Colorado and Silverado.
the diesel comes with a six speed more better

Another total waste of everyone's time. And a dealership advertisement. Even a bad selfie.
Agree to disagree! I didn't know big black roosters had such strong options, lol, what year make and model of truck are you driving?
