I wonder why, to me, the shocks are up-side down. On our asphalt cars, we put the shock body the other way for less unsprung weight. Wouldn't that be the same for a dirt car?
It would seem like that should be the way to mount them...depending on how they are designed they may not work upside down(my only guess).
They are trying to get a lower CG.
I wonder ¿why those cars have no springs?
They use torsion bars that are clamped in the frame instead of coil springs.
