  • West Vancouver is a district municipality in the province of British Columbia, Canada. A member municipality of Metro Vancouver, West Vancouver is northwest of the city of Vancouver on the northern side of English Bay and the southeast shore of Howe Sound, and is adjoined by the District of North Vancouver to its east. Together with the District of North Vancouver and City of North Vancouver, it is part of a local regional grouping referred to as the North Shore municipalities, or simply "The North Shore".
West Vancouver is connected to the downtown city of Vancouver via Lions Gate Bridge. Originally named First Narrows Bridge, its completion in 1938 has allowed the North Shore municipalities to cross the 1,823 metres (5,981 ft) to the city.
Lions Gate Bridge and West Vancouver
West Vancouver has a population of 42,694 (2011 census). Cypress Provincial Park, mostly located within the municipal boundaries, was one of the venues for the 2010 Winter Olympics. West Vancouver is also home of Canada's first shopping mall, Park Royal Shopping Centre] and also of the Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal, one of the main connecting points between the British Columbia mainland and Vancouver Island.

17 seconds, 6th floor apartment to the right of the building entrance $6+ Million. It beautiful with gorgeous views. Engels & Volkers channel did a real estate video featuring it. I would love to live there if I won the lottery, or English Bay, I like sunsets.

I know most of the places on this drive very well. You passed near my ex's brother's place at 6:15 a block to the right of the Esso, my ex's place at 9:20, the apartment building on the right corner the again at 36:40-36:45 on the left, her daughter's building 9:49-10:05 on the left and again the building straight ahead from 14:50-15:37 and finally my ex's cousin's building, the older building on the left from 16:20-16:48 & 31:28-31:49 on the right as you turned the corner.

@@ExploreVancouverCanada I lived on the West Coast for 25 years, I watch these kinds of videos for nostalgic reasons. My ex's daughter just moved into that newer building a few months ago, never been there but I've seen pics and videos, I think they're paying around $3 million, West Van is expensive but worth it if you can afford it.

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life." -John 3:16(bible)
"the wages of sin is death"-Bible. Therefore God the judge has given man the death sentence due to man's sin, but because of God's mercy, he gave himself(god incarnate/jesus)to die on a cross for the sins of the world. That means he paid our fine and if we trust in him God can legally let us go guilt free in court/judgment day and have everlasting life with Him
    "go and sin no more"-Jesus

I'm so sorry for Canada. Most things about a good Canada are not true, Including clean cities - beaches, and forests. It's a big lie. The first time I arrived in Vancouver in 2018, I was shocked. As soon as I left the airport door, I saw tissue, disposable glasses, and other garbage left in the city. The further I went, the more I saw them. Before I moved to Canada, I lived in Georgia, Armenia, Turkey, Serbia, The United States, and for a short time in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Netherland, Germany, and England, but I have never seen the amount of garbage that people leave in different Canadian cities. Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, and Quebec are no less than Vancouver. Canadian and Canada Governments don't care about this tragedy. I think everything that says about Canada as a clean and powerful culture is not true. You don't need to travel to Canada to see this. Just watch some videos about walking in downtown Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, and Quebec. You will find the truth. Impossible for you to walk in a Canadian city and you don't see the dark side of that. Everywhere you will see garbage. You will never see this in Europe, Australia, the United States, Japan, and Korea. This amount of waste is not even seen in Malaysian, Indonesian, or Thailand cities. It is impossible for you to use public transport and not see a lot of garbage at stations or on the route. You will be surprised to find a lot of garbage even in the woods - by the rivers and on the beaches in Canada. I wish the Canadians woke up and had no enmity with their country.
