Better than all the 5 marla constructed houses I have seen so far.Didnt like the wall paper in bedrooms,quite out of style.The firesystem and other controls right in front of the entrance wall and that too crooked is such a down grade and that pole in the lawn👎.The demand is quite high in lieu of phase 9 and 5 marla.

I am an Architect and Interior designer. Although its layout ( plan) is far more better than other 5 marla houses but the interior is too heavy, so much unneccessary detailing, busy ceilings etc. It would have looked much better with plain ceilings, no wallpapers, glass or other minimal railings etc. I l personally love minimal interiors and totally dislike such interior finishes
But overall perfect map of 25*45 ....interior is at customers hand...
