I will be honest, it's been hard without these. I used them to go to sleep for so long, my mind hears the clicking and it soothes me into a lul of sleep. I know what sounds weird, but being able to control the horror of that half awake state always drove away my sleep paralysis.

Enjoy these sort of videos as well as the "normal" medical roleplays you do. Maybe you should do a kidnapping/surgery version of the dentist one you did a good while back. You kidnap someone, put on theatre scrubs etc and take them to theatre and then interrogate them while on table to force them to give you information

So, uh...where do I wait and at what time to get kidnapped? I'm a dysautonomia/autonomic dysfunction patient with POTS, venous insufficiency, interstitial cystitis, complex sleep apnea and nystagmus. My doctor's description for me is always "a constellation of symptoms". My body is virtually always sleep deprived and fatigued/sleepy 24/7 with excessive reflexes, I feel stuff like blood moving through my body with each heartbeat and all sorts of odd stuff that I shouldn't feel. My ASMR tingles are crazier than most. I can get ASMR by just watching some random person in a store looking through a magazine at checkout or the magazine aisle. Sometimes I even get tingles just by lying down on a bed with a blanket over me.
Tingles part, I’m jelly, but rest, no thanks! I have enough health issues myself 😆. Sounds like sensory thing, to me. But, I might have a solution for you with all the bad stuff you deal with. Call me crazy, or be desperate enough to believe me and my purpose to help others, and be willing to try it. First, there’s an ASMR bed, and they do payments, but there’s a waiting list. I think you’d be the perfect candidate, if I was rich, I’d buy it for you, but still trying to convince my husband I need it. It even rolls up into a table when not in use, but when would I not be using it 😂. Also, the Vagus nerve, I seen a company that has the BEST devices out there. Next, I have a few questions for you to help guide you in the right direction. Are you an empath or sensitive to others’ emotions or energy? Are you spiritual? Do you believe in past lives, hypnotherapy, reiki, energy, crystals, or any that? If not, are you open to anything that will help you? I suggest tons of shungite in all forms, shapes, sizes, etc. I have several ideas, but you could be like me and EVERYTHING IS THE CAUSE, so it’s a whole system of healing needed. I’m not in a place where I can help you, just yet, but I can point you in the right direction. I found a lady that GIVES her time for FREE on Monday, Wednesday, Friday nights to heal people like us. She’s on TT. I found her last night, and the subscription to get free reiki daily is only $2.69 a month, yup, that’s right. Also, I’ve found two instructors that are cheap AND the best, Mary Shutan is one, and I have most her books, but haven’t started courses yet. The other one I’d have to find her again, but her program is different, and she helps guide us during kundalini awakening, and has tons of free resources, and other does that but helps you heal yourself and others and even helps you cut cords, clear past life crap, etc. she has a book on just healing your body. I hope this is at least a starting point for you.
