Byron Allen Still Wants to Buy Paramount

- Media Mogul Byron Allen says he still wants to buy all or some of Paramount Global. He says raising capital isn't an issue, it's getting regulatory approval. He made a $14.3 billion offer in January. Allen spoke to Bloomberg TV from the Milken Institute Global Conference in Beverly Hills.

If he could actually raise $30B by stepping off that podium -and if business is so great- then why did he have layoffs at AMB, freeze overtime and hiring, and cut 401k matching? This man is a hack fraud.
this guy is a loud mouth, cringy and a big show off. no one will deal with him. he has already sued mcdonalds on the basis that he was discriminated because his firm is black owned. What business man does that? you dont like the outcome so resort to identity politics and lawyers. No one will enter into an agreement with you. He thinks like an employee not a business man. who openly talks about negotiations that are not actually happening?
