Hi, guys! Today I ate Spicy Samgyetang (Ginseng chicken soup, Invigorating food for summer) as one of my subscribers requested (even though they asked for regular samgyetang 😂), freshly made geotjeori (fresh Kimchi) , and watermelon! Spicy samgyetang is also unfamiliar to Koreans! I was curious about what spicy samgyetang would taste like, so I made it myself! And it was a huge success! It didn’t taste as strong as dakbokkeumtang (spicy chicken soup), but it kind of tasted like dakbokkeumtang, dakgaejang, and samgyetang! It was so good! The meat was so tender and the broth was just indescribable! It went great with geotjeori! I ate the chicken breast and sticky rice together and I felt like all the fatigue was just gone! I think this would be the ultimate summer food for spicy food lovers! I wrapped it up with cool watermelon! I think I’ll eat spicy samgyetang during summer from now on! I highly recommend trying it!
