That boat is amazing. It would have been an honor to meet your friend Mark. Keeping equipment at a level 10/10 requires a lot of effort. This boat deserves to be in a showroom at a boat dealership.
That is one gorgeous boat. Definitely looks brand new. I bet all of Mark's vehicles ran awesome. Those interior, and those gorgeous seat covers are just beautiful. If I had a bigger truck, rather than my 4 cylinder Toyota Tacoma, and I could afford it, I would definitely buy that boat. We do alot of boating in Louisiana..We have fresh water down here, which would keep that boat looking good. Whatever your buddy Mark did for a living, be obviously did it quite well. Sorry for the loss of your good buddy. Great Video!
The boats amazing, my friend lives on Rogers lake here in Connecticut, which has a house at the north end of the lake with a boat garage underneath it he bought a ski Natique from a guy in northern Connecticut the boat originally came from rogers lake where he lives on that house with the garage underneath it !
It's a PRD which stands for right hand rotation 240 hp Ford 351 Windsor. The valve covers and intake manifold are not original nor the exhaust manifold gaskets. It looks like the original Prestolite distributor but converted from points to electronic (very common). Overall very nice but you need to get it running, you got mechanics. Try searching fakeolake or flush pro to hook water to it and fire the beast.
Immaculate boat nice work! I'm happy to have Mark's 2007 ktm 250sx that I got from you guys! Sorry to hear about his son Ted too. The 250 sx is like brand new. It's my MX bike and it's competitive against all the latest and greatest bikes at the track! I respect it and aside from suspension re valve and 4 strokes suck sticker. It's exactly like Mark left it!
My friends father had one of these on lake Congomond in Southwick. He custom ordered with the barefoot nautique 454 engine. I was driving it one summer pulling friend and gunned it too hard in shallow water and bent prop on rock. We were scared to death to tell his father. Luckily just damaged prop and not shaft. Cost us a few bucks to get it repaired for him.
Remove the hose going to the powerstearing cooler jam a hose in it.all it is a 5/16 worm clamp.take the fuel line off at the fuel pump or the water separating filter add a auxiliary fuel supply with some v.p sef fire it off.i wouldn't worry to much about water pump impellar after sitting it's cheap insurance and easy to do to replace it.
My daddy and I owned a boat like this but it was not in the same shape as this one the only thing I did not like the ski rope hits the back of the boat but it's still a real cool boat cruise around in
For a 2001 that boat is immaculate sounds like this guy Mark lived a life most of us could only dream of with all the bikes cars and such that he had!
I second that.
2001 Ski Nautique is the name of the boat, not the year it was made, to me it appears to be a 1985 or 1986 model
It’s so clean those are probably the first boots to ever set foot on that boat.

Taking care of things to a high standard pays off. 👍🏁
I remember the video you made with mark........he had some beautiful bikes in that garage......had a nice corvette in there too.......
Badass, just detailed a 76 nautique this spring, competition ski boat with a ford 302.
Awesome hull.
I had a 1988 2001 for quite a while but these mid 80’s flatter bows looked so much nicer, the solid windshield looked a lot nicer too.
Broads in bikins not included
FALSE !! The Sheila’s will come ‼️
Used to have an 89’ put a monster tower on it. Pulled two adult wakeboarders up no problem. Was a great boat!
Those freeze plugs look brand new, might be a rebuild or overhaul. That boat is mint.

I believe that the motor has gone through new gaskets and brass frezz plugs! but a clean sweet boat.

That'd be a cool boat to take a couple ladies out in in the summer on the lake and chillax
@KaplanAmerica_ Yeah I don't have hundreds of dollars for shipping if the shipping was like 50 bucks I'd be able to pay for it

This ad is a year old, I’m sure the boat is sold?
Imho analog guages look so much better than digital ones.
Still for sale?
