Don't worry, nobody shoots them here in Gold either, every single time I'm there as Ana, I just see 3 lines coming out of my tanks' backs and they apparently don't notice, they then get bursted down and question why we're not outhealing that shiz. DPSes do their own stuff, though the ones that go to point 80% of the time don't notice when they're being zapped by turrets. Heck I had a doomfist he didn't notice the turret was zapping him even after the fight ended. a good 60% of the time I need to shoot the turrets myself, somewhere along the way I just say fuck it and switch to bap/brig.
maybe they expect someone to shoot the turrets? i mean when it's something anyone can do, doesn't matter who but SOMEONE needs to do it, there's a lot of confussion and people thinks like "someone should break turrets, im focused on X right now, i cant deal with them"

The feeling that flat feels when the hanzo didnt want to shoot them is real. Usually people spam Junk’s main attack even from far, like that really represents what Junk is right. But when you play with a bronze Junk, they wont shoot until the enemies are near. Or they dont shoot… even when enemies are near.
I understand the "just give up" when you whiff a whole Ashe magazine. Sometimes I just gotta recognize that I suck and there might be other things I can actually hit.
Whenever I play comp (or even QP) I always imagine Flats roasting my play. Decisionmaking, mechanics, mindset, aiming, choice of hero etc. I remember earlier today when I fucked up a situation on Gibraltar...he´s always in the back of my head giving his sweet "advice". Tbh I'm binging these to prepare for Overwatch 2. I was a low gold/high silver back when I played Overwatch, but that was all the way back when Sigma was the new hero. I'm definitely bronze tier these days.

I suppose you could argue that he could do a single reload and be able to shoot another shot, but given his aim and the Bap having a Lucio nearby to heal him up, stepping back to reload on high ground is a reasonable strat. Ashe takes so long to reload once you hit zero.
I remember I was in bronze when the game first came out because it was the first game I properly played and then I didn’t play for 3 years, when I came back i just played quick play and have improved so much but watching this I don’t know if I want to go back and climb out 😂

don't pressure yourself to play comp if you don't want to! video games are supposed to be fun, so you should only do the fun things. but if you do decide you want to venture into comp, I think all you can really do is focus on yourself and think less about rank and your teammates because you can only control how you play, you know? and playing comp with friends who you like and who make you feel supported will always make the experience way better, no matter what rank you play in :) if you play on pc, we could play together - I have an account in gold so we could probably play no matter where you get placed, so no pressure but hmu if you want a comp buddy. I play support and I do my best to be positive and have fun because, again, it's a video game lol

to be honest, hanzo is mostly about predicting enemy movement, if you can predict it you will probably be a beast at hanzo, and if you cant, your aim suffers a lot, its very hard to be consistent when you need to understand enemy movements, but if you're plat i can safely asume your aim is a lot better than the guy in this vod
@@K.youran I understand how projectile works. I play rust a ton, and I'm quite good with Bows and crossbows in that game. For some reason hanzo just feels bad. His projectile speed doesn't feel natural.

Head height - i get most of my headshots when i try to aim at the corner someone is peaking from and letting them walk back into it when they try to go back behind cover And lots of try hard FFA to learn movement patterns of different heroes
I play a lot of hanzo. Pop tracer heads all day with mad flicks. My aim still feels like this tho tbh. Mw wall climbs are better tho, and my sonic arrows are 2000 iq value plays. I agree with Jack. The secret to Hanzo is lots of tryhard ffa. When you can consistently kill tryhard widows, youre ready.
So Stylosa did an Over-analyzed on his Widow. When he played Hanzo it was so bad Sty was begging him to swap back to Widow... called him brain-dead and said he needs to work on his positioning. ...so he came to get a second opinion

I feel like a lot of the 'Stop moving when they do X' comes from not knowing where their buttons are. It's hard to continue moving when you have to find the action key or activate the ult.
@@tylerblanchard3634 yeah, other people's attitudes make the game really difficult, and there's not an easy answer for dealing with it :/ the mute button is fantastic, though, and giving yourself permission to mute/block people who even just annoy you can make your experience a lot better. for me, the stress that comes from dealing with other people's attitudes shatters my ability to focus so I have all text chat muted and I don't go into vc. for me, this is the right decision for a lot of reasons. it might not work for you, but it's something worth trying because it has allowed me to just focus on what I'm doing instead of always constantly waiting for someone to rage. I wish I could offer some tips for climbing because I did start in silver, but I play support so a lot of my general advice won't really apply to tanks lol "don't take damage or need resources from your team" is great advice for a support player but not for a tank haha
@@tylerblanchard3634 I know you're playing tank but aim training could actually help you mechanically - not so much with your aim since that's not really relevant but it can help train your reaction time and practice muscle memory for spotting enemies and doing something it(like reaction time to shield an enemy reins shatter og Hook a target if you play hog). You could look into aimlab on steam since it's free, it has some gold speed/detection modes that might help you get better mechanically. Other than that look into custom game modes on ow for specific heroes, like tracking or right click practice for Zarya or learning different techniques for swinging as Rein. Good look though!

i spent a lot of the past few days reviewing some of my videos in 2x speed to get to the interesting parts faster. when you do that for a while even watching good streamer gameplay feels like it's in slow mo for a bit. going from 2x speed overwatch videos to 1x bronze overwatch feels like trying to swim in molasses. also good work ur really cranking out these videos

i spent a lot of the past few days reviewing some of my videos in 2x speed to get to the interesting parts faster. when you do that for a while even watching good streamer gameplay feels like it's in slow mo for a bit. going from 2x speed overwatch videos to 1x bronze overwatch feels like trying to swim in molasses.
