Bro. Title is misleading. She started her career from a product based company only. Working just for 6 months doesn't count. Anyway the main learning is how well she progressed being from a tier 3 college. Quite motivating. This is something very relaxing in the sea of those scalar academy, hustlerbay xyz stuff.

Worked in US for 6.5 yrs and had been in leadership positions- US and global for 10 yrs (total 18 yrs exp). However, i have been applying to startup jobs in UAE for last 2 yrs but even in my core areas like b2b and b2c ecom, data engg, supply chain, digital marketing and recently web3/ blockchain, i haven't got any calls. One interview call came via a UAE recruiter, 1.5 yrs back. I have been applying via linkedin jobs. Given that my CV matches the job requirements - experience and skills of many of these startups and i understand i have to optimize/ shorten my CV, any other suggestions for people with good startup product mgt and product engg experience to get interview calls? A video on this will be great.

@@GetSaged it is not difficult bro why most of times hackathon winners are from tier 2, tier3 colleges yes in hackathon skill plus problem solving and presentation matters it is from experience im from vit Vellore it is a tier 2 college and we aslo participated in lots of hackathons and we have won 2 times but when we see how tier 3 college students they are more dedicated to their skill and different technologies
