    This was really helpful! I’m new to testing, so I’m nervous about missing my peak due to not quite understanding how it all works. This helped clarify some things. Thank you! 😊

    Hi, I’m using the Premom and just to understand. Why is there a fertility window 6 days before ovulation, if the most important days is the day before ovulation and ovulation day - given it takes 24-36 hours to release an egg which means not all the day of the fertility window will make the 2-5 days that the sperm can live? Can you explain, I just want to know when we must have sex, and when we can relax?

    • @premomfertility
      @premomfertility  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello, The fertility window includes the 6 days before ovulation because sperm can survive for up to 5 days in the reproductive tract. The most fertile days are typically the day before ovulation and ovulation day itself, as the egg survives for about 24-36 hours after release. Having sex during this time maximizes the chance of conception.

    This is what happened to me.
    Saturday: light lines
    Sunday noon-night: lines same color.
    Monday morning: lines same color
    Monday at noon: one line darker than the other
    Monday evening: lines same color.
    Tuesday all day: lines same color.
    Wednesday morning: lines same color
    Wednesday noon-night lines are lighter.
    When would have ovulation occurred. I’m trying to figure all this out 😪

    • @premomfertility
      @premomfertility  หลายเดือนก่อน

      It looks like you hit your peak on Monday since the T line was darker than the C line. The last darkest results followed by a lighter one is considered your peak. Ovulation typically happens about 24 hours after the LH peak, so it's possible you ovulated around Tuesday. Keeping track of your symptoms and basal body temperature (BBT) can also provide additional clues. You're doing a great job monitoring everything! Keep up with your tracking, and remember, patience and persistence are key. Best wishes on your journey, and much love! 💕✨

    I clicked on your links in the description and I'm wondering... Does the Easy@home w/ ovulation strips & pregnancy strips combo pair with the app as well or just the Premom ovulation strips pair with the app?

    • @premomfertility
      @premomfertility  ปีที่แล้ว

      Any Easy@Home or Premom branded ovulation test kit will work with the Premom app for the ovulation test digital reader. Our pregnancy tests can be uploaded manually under the HCG tab in the test gallery so you can record and track your line progression.

    The Premom app is saying my peak was a ratio of .84. I never reached 1.0 Does that mean it’s a low LH level? Is a low LH level a low ovulation?

    • @premomfertility
      @premomfertility  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      The app will mark any result of 0.8 or above as "high" in the app. Most people will surge and peak with T/C ratios of 0.8 or above so a peak of 0.84 is perfectly normal. Peak levels will vary for everyone and will also vary between cycles. The most important thing is that you ovulate as a result of the surge. Baby dust!

    Hello Ma'am,
    I am 31 years old. I have no health issues my all reports are normal.
    My menstrual cycle is 28 days long ( regular and normal)and i have been tracking my ovulation daily at 2pm through a ovulation kit starting from the 11th day of my cycle.
    The results on the 11th and 12th day were negative but on the 13th day, received a light pink result.
    However, on the 14th day and 15th day (i.e, today), the results are negative again( there is no line ), which has left me confused about what to do next.
    P.S- I am following proper instructions before tracking ovulation by not taking any liquids or solids for three hours.
    Thanks and Regards
    Love from India

      If you are using our Easy@Home brand LH tests, then a positive result will be when the test line is just as dark or darker than the control line. If you have not received a test like that yet, be sure to keep testing!

    In this video you say (and the image) that the 2 best days are the day before ovulation and the day of, but in the app it highlights the 2 days before ovulation as the best days?

    • @premomfertility
      @premomfertility  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for your feedback! Technically, the likelihood of conception would reach 25 to 28 % if you have sex two days preceding ovulation.

    0.24 on 30 june
    0.34 on 1 july
    0.0 on 2 july
    0.22 on 3 july
    Plz let me know when i ovulated?

    • @premomfertility
      @premomfertility  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Keep in mind, ovulation normally happens about 14 days before your period starts. If your average menstrual cycle is 26-30 days, you may ovulate around day 12-16. However, it can also vary from individuals, it is recommended to keep testing your LH to find your LH peak to identify the fertile window. Additionally, incorporating secondary tracking methods such as BBT (basal body temperature) or CM (cervical mucus) alongside ovulation test kits can provide further insights and confirmation of ovulation. Good luck & baby dust🤞✨💕

    What’s mean if light line and darker line ? Does that mean it’s postive ovulation

    • @premomfertility
      @premomfertility  ปีที่แล้ว

      A positive ovulation test result of our LH strips is when the test line appears as dark or even darker than the control line. Based on your description, it seems your test is still negative. No worries, let's keep testing to track your progress! Here are some helpful tips that may assist you in identifying your peak:
      1. If you haven't tested continuously for a whole cycle (except your period), you may keep testing the entire cycle to find the baseline of your LH progression
      2. The best time to collect urine is from 10 am to 8 pm.
      3. It is not recommended to use First Morning Urine to test.
      4. When your predicted fertile window has come or your test line is getting darker, it is recommended to perform the test twice a day or even more times.
      5. Try limiting your liquid intake about 2 hours prior to testing as diluted urine may affect the detection of LH.
      Best,

    Hi! I have a question. I’ve been testing using the strips and had low up until yesterday when it said high. I tested again today at around 11 am and my levels dropped and are now low again?
    Does this mean I had no peak? I thought my Lh would go from low to high to peak. I was intimate the day before yesterday as well as on the night of my “high”. Does this mean I missed my chance to get pregnant? How long is the high LH window? A few hours or a day? Im new to this.

    • @premomfertility
      @premomfertility  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thank you for your comment. It sounds like you may have had short LH surge based on your description of OPK results. Having sex the day before your high OPK and the night of your high reading still gives you a good chance of conceiving this cycle. Sperm can live 2-5 days, and ovulation occurs 24-48 hours after a surge starts for most women. So the timing of your intimacy sounds very promising.Don't be discouraged if you did not get a peak OPK this time. Not all surges last long enough to be caught as a peak, and ovulation can still occur. The high OPK shows your body tried to ovulate, even if you missed the peak surge. Just be sure to keep having sex for the next couple of days to maximize your odds. Please keep up the good work, continue testing and having regular sex, and you'll increase your odds of pregnancy over the next few cycles as you get better at interpreting your personal OPK patterns and fertility signs. May you receive good news soon!
