The Garden Residencia, 3 commercial/residential towers:
- 24F - 1-bed apartments, the one visible
- 26F - 2-bed apartments, behind the one visible
- 36F - 3-bed apartments, it hasn't risen much
I don't know cash prices but bank financing starts at 24 crores for 1-bed apartment...
In that line there are 2 more high-rise apartment buildings under-construction. Essentially ultra elitist apartment complexes.
